We must love God with all our heart, with all our soul, and with all our mind, and to treat our neighbors as we wish to be treated ourselves.
We accept that Jesus is God, “King of kings and Lord of lords” (Revelation 19:16) and has “all authority in heaven and on earth” (Matthew 28:18) When challenges arise, we place absolute, unwavering faith and loyalty unto him.
The Bible is our compass for navigating life, understanding our relationship with God, and existing in accordance with our faith. It is not only a theological record but a living document that continues to inspire Christians around the world. We place importance on the scripture as the true word of God.
All believers constitute the Body of Christ, with Jesus acting as the Head. Each member of the Church plays a unique role, working together to sustain its worship, ordinances, discipline, and doctrines; to contribute cheerfully and regularly to the support of the ministry, the expenses of the church, the relief of the poor, and the spread of the gospel through all nations.
Every aspect of a Christian’s life should be lived in a manner that honors and glorifies God. To religiously educate our children; to be just in our dealings; faithful in our engagements, and exemplary in our deportment; to abstain from the sale or abuse of drugs, chemicals or other mind altering agents; to shun pornography; and to be zealous in our efforts to advance the kingdom of our Savior.
When we accept Jesus Christ as our Savior, we are transformed and saved from the consequences of sin. As a result of this salvation, Christians are called to serve others and live out their faith through acts of love and compassion. Genuine faith leads to a life of selflessness and service, as Jesus served and sacrificed for others.
